This month, our incredible Cyber Ambassadors have been out in full force, inspiring students and sharing insights into the world of cyber.
Jennifer Moss, Careers Development Lead and Sixth Form Guidance Manager at Framwellgate School Durham, hosted a brilliant online careers talk. She was joined by Paul Stannard, Andrew Pannell, Emily Tomlinson, and Maresa Bell for a dynamic morning panel session. Jen shared that she was “delighted with how it went and that you were able to help us out.” Michael Fingleton, Head of Computer Science, also joined the session and was really impressed by both the messages shared and how enthusiastically students engaged. Here’s hoping we’ve sparked some future cyber careers!
Looking ahead, Laura Fox at Durham School has pulled together a fantastic Girls’ Celebration Day, happening on 28th April. We’re excited to be joined by Alex Scotney and Jess Nadin from Atom Bank, who’ll be delivering the always-popular Cyber Heist Escape Game. David Grey will also be there with his Cyber Dog, and Sarah Zaman and Karl Kickman will be leading the Trailblazers sessions.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part this month. There’s plenty more to come, so keep an eye on your inbox for upcoming opportunities!
