CyberNorth Takes Flight to Dubai

CyberNorth joined over 25,000 cyber security professionals from more than 160 countries for GISEC Global this month, one of the largest and most important cyber security events in the world.

Themed around ‘Securing an AI-powered Future’ CEO Danielle Phillips was truly inspired by the spirit of collaboration and forged relationships with representatives from major corporations, government officials, international innovators, and leaders in the field of cyber security.

Flying the flag for the North, alongside CyberNorth were Tekgem and Punk Security, alongside Scotland IS. Highlights included judging the #InnovationCompetition and hearing from some of the world's most exciting cyber talent, being a guest at the launch of the Turing Club UAE in the beautiful gardens of the British Embassy UAE, visiting the incredible Museum of the Future, and shouting loud and proud about the North East cyber security community in the UK Pavilion.
